Resumen
Commercial areas are a constant point of convergence for the population of a city, they also offer different possibilities and generate different sensations depending on their location. Such is the case of places such as the Andean Shopping Center and the Popular Zone of San Victorino, where the particular dynamics and visual stimuli of each environment, lead to different readings that are essential for this investigation. The interpretation and analysis of such readings of a part about color and typography, understood as a visual problem and derived from there, the imaginary that are built in the city. Thus, a chromatic and typographic analysis is performed in terms of contrast between these two commercial spaces, which is nurtured from experience and strengthened by reason of the imaginary and socio-cultural practices.
