Abstract

The present work will show how the implementation of user manuals was carried out within the operations center area of the popular bank, as a solution to the existing problems when monitoring and solving problems within the Control-M automation tool. For the realization of the manuals, the guide for the elaboration of a user manual of the information systems made by the national planning department in the year 2020 was used.
