Abstract

The Covid in Colombia has generated serious problems for sports sectors such as leagues, clubs and sports training schools. One of the most drastic changes was the change in the modality of practices, "from the face-to-face to the virtual"; As a well-known fact, we show that not all the clubs managed to stay in the market as a consequence of the mandatory preventive isolation, the lack of income did not allow to solve the expensive rents, necessary not to lose the practice sites, this situation resulted in the withdrawal of a high percentage of those registered, affecting the economy of the sports sector. The objective of the following work is to create an improvement plan, where sports planning, programming and monitoring of different activities can be carried out to improve the sports performance of the players as well as the positioning of the club at a local and national level.
