Nestlé is a multinational company, founded in 1866 in Vevey, Switzerland by Henry Nestlé. It is one of the largest companies in the world and is characterized by being a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of food products which is divided into several brands that make Nestlé even more recognized day by day for its excellent quality, innovation and renewal.
In the present work, functions for the position of marketing intern in the CPW (Breakfast Cereals) and Culinary (Maggi and Rico) business units will be analyzed. Although Nestlé has very good strategies in the area of Marketing, there is an opportunity to improve the induction process for interns. Since, as it is one of the most important areas of the units, good training is vital so that a practitioner can better carry out their work.
