Resumen
The importance of physical activity for the integral development of schoolchildren should aim to train people responsible for their integral health, which in the future will depend on the habits and healthy lifestyles that can lead along it. To design a didactic proposal that promotes healthy living habits through the area of physical education in the first cycle of elementary school in Marseille. The methodological proposal for this research will have a qualitative approach starting from the exploration and analysis of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI). Once these documents are thoroughly and objectively reviewed, a strategy will be determined that promotes or continues to promote healthy living habits. According to the analysis of the IEP and the curricular contents, it was clearly evident that in spite of taking Physical Activity into account, the development of healthy life habits in children of the initial cycle and first cycle is not contemplated. There is a lack of educational strategies in the curricular plans of Physical Education for the promotion of Healthy Living Habits in the children of the initial cycle and the first cycle of primary education, that generate behavioral changes in Healthy Living Habits Expand the proposal presented to the other levels or cycles of Primary and Secondary Basic to continue to promote Healthy Living Habits in students, generating changes in behavior to improve their lifestyles and their families.
