Construcción de la felicidad en torno a la normalización y categorización en psicología: Un abordaje documental.

Abstract

This research project It’s a product of a document revision aiming to analyse the happiness normalization and categorization inside the discipline in West to the last 15 years. For this, it was made a digital and books document revision for main database centres (Redalyc, Dianet, SciELO, SAGE Journals, Research Gate, Google académico, JSTOR, Springer, Biblioteca USTA, Biblioteca Luis Angel Arango y Bibliored) between 2005 to the start of 2020, the findings where 522.415 digital documents and 223 books; however, only 100 where selected and characterized in normalization, categorization and happiness constructs. A qualitative and descriptive analysis was made. As a result, happiness categorization inside the discipline was found the organizational area, with happiness measures and tests, and normalization seeing theories and model analysis, hedonism, eudaimonia, life satisfaction, mental health and subjective and psychological Well-Being as determined constructs. It is concluded that happiness, related to categorization and normalization, aims to scale and tests in terms of positive psychology studies in organizational contexts. A critic to this limited model is made.
