Miscelánea epistemológica

Abstract

Epistemological miscellany is a reflection on knowledge from the point of view of that variegated network that we usually call humanities. According to the author, knowledge in general and scientific knowledge in particular can be studied as key stories and symbols of Western culture. From this perspective, experiences such as love and rebellion become interpretative guidelines, and the idea is strengthened that behind any project of knowledge lies a desire for greatness that is impossible to fully instrumentalise. The book is also an invitation to explore the possibilities of epistemology not only from the philosophical data, but taking seriously the contributions of literature, communication, history, music, art.
