Resumen
The teaching of computer programming has been a thematic innovative in the area
of technology and informatics of Colombian curriculum; its recent incorporation in
few institutions of education, the diversity of micro-curricula, the variety of
approaches in their teaching, among others, have generated different tensions which
are described in the first part of this document giving origin to the research question
¿What should be the guidelines for the incorporation of thematic of the programming
in the area of technology and informatics in education Media?
To answer this question in the second part presents theories of philosophy,
epistemology and ontology of Computer Science, new forms of knowledge
production, curricular theories, teaching technology, approach science, technology,
society and the environment; of which have generated the categories and
subcategories of research. In the third part outlines the reasons which justify the
choice of the paradigm of methodological triangulation with a hermeneutic approach
to address the present study, and the description of the methodological process
integrated with the model proposed by Carayannis quintuple helix and Campbell
(2012), which leads to the fulfillment of the proposed objectives. The fourth part
describes the findings and conclusions that were obtained from the methodological
triangulation process and that are the input for the creation of the proposal. To finish
presents the proposed guidelines for programming in the Colombian middle
education from perspectives inclusive and that respond to the demands of the
present education.
