Resumen
The historical memory, is a right and a duty in the social and legal context of the Awá Magüí Indigenous Reservation, is part of its plan or life project within the mandate Number 6, in which what is wanted to be known and what is analyzed is analyzed. that it is wanted to speak of the armed conflict, therefore this investigation will carry out the reconstruction of the historical memory of the indigenous towns like subjects of the human rights of the indigenous towns; since they are part of the initiatives of resistance, truth, symbolic reparation as collective subjects, guarantee of non-repetition, physical and cultural survival of the community that has been a direct victim of structural violence in the Colombian armed conflict.
Remembrances that keep deep pain and constant struggles, which were known through the words of indigenous leaders, which is inevitable that it will disappear with the passage of time, being important to rebuild it; since the community seeks its wide dissemination and visibility within the shelter and in front of government entities, regarding the actions of non-state armed groups and the violation of human rights by the military forces inside the reservation; becoming part of the new history that you want to write in the country as a result of the termination of the armed conflict through the peace agreements, making sure that these events do not happen again and the community is not silenced or forgotten as it has been during the years that suffered the horror of war.
