This study identified psychosocial risks and Burnout levels in the Football Academy Arnoldo Iguarán in a sample of 91 workers being operational managers and professionals taking over as Sports in Bogotá. A non-experimental, transactional descriptive design with which they were released Burnout levels and psychosocial risks, as a complement correlations between variables were sought to explain in greater depth the results obtained was used. Battery was used for the assessment of psychosocial risk factors (intralaboral and outside the workplace) supported by the Ministry of Social Protection and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Subcentro of Social Security and Professional Risks (2010) and the questionnaire Maslach Burnout for measurement Inventory (1986). Subsequently, a template was created in Excel for the analysis of results, also, the SPSS statistical software was used in version 22. The results showed the existence of psychosocial risks among workers in the organization, just as a low level of stress throughout the population, and finally, the presence of burnout syndrome was evidenced.
