La situación del emprendimiento asumido por las mujeres rurales en Latinoamérica

Abstract

The daily life of women in Latin America is framed in an approach towards cultural norms and traditions that have passed from generation to generation, leading them to shy away from carrying out activities that help them to develop, such as entrepreneurship and empowerment. This is why it is essential to understand and reflect on the situation of entrepreneurship assumed by rural women in the context of Latin America, through the point of view of different authors for its analysis, determining that the norms that are dictated to them infer in their share and their economic independence, this derived from discrimination, lack of job opportunities and underestimation, but thanks to the different organizations and government policies rural women have managed to undertake in the rural context and thus support the economy of their homes and their environment .
