Los sistemas integrados de gestión como plataforma para consolidar la responsabilidad social en la organización: caso Multinsa

Abstract

In recent years, corporate social responsibility has become a factor of differentiation and commitment on the part of people and companies towards the preservation of the environment, the development of being and life itself, since in recent decades it has seen the continued deterioration of these. The main objective of the investigation is to determine the characteristics that both the Integrated Management Systems platform (ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 14001) must have as well as the corporate social responsibility to achieve their articulation within organizations. This case will be developed within the company MULTINSA S.A. The theoretical foundations on which this project is based are framed within the research carried out by Sánchez and Comajuncosa, who present four business management models that integrate economic, social and environmental aspects, from an ethical and sustainable point of view and lean their preference for the ISO 26000 guide, a social responsibility guide where the parameters of compliance with corporate social responsibility (CSR) are reviewed. The methodology used for research consists of three phases; pre-active, where the methodological design and the organization of the activities are planned, the interactive phase refers to the execution of the methodological design, where the field application and the work on secondary sources are reflected, and the post-active phase is carried out. analysis and the final conclusions, in this phase evaluations or assessments of the applied field can be included. The expected result of this research is a plan that allows the implementation of social responsibility in Multinsa S.A. taking as a platform the integrated management systems of this firm.
