        Resumen
Starting from a general analysis of the housing scheme in our local context, this project seeks to make a prospective synthesis of urban housing in Bucaramanga; for this it is based on three main investigations as a problematic, historical and theoretical axis, emphasizing the qualitative problem of rigidity and fixed compartmentalization of the housing scheme currently produced in Bucaramanga, in flexibility and adaptability as response alternatives. Faced with a panorama of exponential growth of cities, the increase in land costs, the unpredictable changes in the ways of living of the millennial user, given by the entry of new technologies into the home, the condition of rigidity and fixed compartmentalization of domestic spaces is raised as a problematic situation that directly influences the aspects of solvency, health and development of the user raised in Bucaramanga. Confronting the referential framework with the problem of study, this qualitative lack of housing in our local context becomes evident, 4 international architectural references are analyzed that show how through the planning, design and application of the parameters of flexibility and adaptability, solutions have been generated around the world that solve housing in external conditions. more of reduced area, as a basis for the conceptualization and materialization of an architectural object with the ability to adapt to the different activities throughout the day in the same space and responding to the changes of the family over time, generating different possibilities of configuration and an optimization of the space.
