Resumen
Within organizations it is vitally important to create good work groups which are related with skills and characteristics that are focused on the same goal. Likewise, these working groups must be cells which have the capacity to communicate efficiently with each other to optimize resources and minimize risks, since this gives rise to misinformation [1].
This communication is carried out by interactions that involve a step by step to improve productivity and performance within the organization, in order to improve competitiveness, adapting to the changes that are constantly generated in the environment, thus achieving achieve the proposed objectives and goals, framed in the organizational strategy, meeting the needs demanded by society [2].
So, when issues regarding the organizational climate are mentioned, different fundamental approaches must be taken into account, 3 specifically:
• Objectives: These focus on all the characteristics of the organization.
• Subjective: Its main focus is the workers.
• Integrators: They are those that take into account the two previous factors [3].
On the other hand, SEBCOR S.A.S. is a knitting and crochet manufacturing and marketing company, which will be taken as an example and case study within the clothing sector. It is located in the city of Bogotá, works with both national and international clients, with a scope of more than 35,000 sweaters per year, related to suppliers of national size as inputs, or international as raw material. It is important to clarify that it handles state-of-the-art technology with German machinery (Stoll). It has a journey of 8 years with a single point of sale and distribution.
This research is based on designing different models of human talent management development focused on positions and functions within the system of the company SEBCOR S.A.S. that are viable, effective and efficient, in order to analyze the organizational processes and structures that are carried out within it, since it will be taken as a case study.
