Abstract

The dismantling of institutions that plan the territory with the people who inhabit it generates problematic when the interests of both are compared. In the Tibabuyes wetland, specifically in the limits of the Lisbon neighborhood, this problem can be observed. In this sense, in the present investigation both positions were investigated in order to compare them and be able to find points in common and places of difference. This analysis was conducted from the perspective of political ecology in order to claim the relational analysis between human beings and their environment, slowly running his dichotomy.
