Resumen
The sense of belonging as the principle of identity of the worker towards the company is subordinated to the Organizational Culture (CO) where it is developed. Taking into account their incidence and relation with processes that guarantee the durability of the company, the SP is the object of study of the present investigation. From the theoretical discussion, the factors that influence it are identified and analyzed, generating proposals for possible strategic changes to be adopted by the business administration and that contribute to the strengthening of this organizational value in the workers.
