Abstract

This document reflects the activities developed in the business internship entitled "STRENGTHENING THE TECHNICAL DIRECTION OF PROJECT STRUCTURING OF THE AIM TO CARRY OUT STUDIES AND DESIGNS OF PRODUCTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR AGROINDUSTRY AND COMPETITIVENESS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF META" for six months in the company “AGENCIA PARA LA INFRAESTRUCTURA DEL META - AIM” supporting the project coordinator of the Agroindustry sector in contracting activities, budgets, project programming, document management and project quality as a contribution to the formulation of the different Agroindustrial Infrastructure projects and productive in the department of Meta; who will be able to acquire new knowledge and understand the relevance of the profession in improving the quality of life for the population. The content of the document explains the profile of the entity, together with its composition and the explanation of the projects in which they participated. Subsequently, there is a log of activities per week, regulatory framework, DOFA analysis of the entity and personal, contributions made during the stay in the entity. Finally, the lessons learned and recommendations are made for the entity are detailed, concluding with a synthesis where the experience lived during the business internship period is summarized in detail.
