Resumen
The city grows and the quality of the per capita area of effective public space is reduced.
The project is based on the commitment that we architects have to build a city. From beginning to end, it is intended to conjugate architecture as a catalyst for quality of life, an architecture that is boom from the development of a habitat and that seeks to solve the problems that growth generates.
In the first instance, an urban intervention scheme is proposed, which seeks to consolidate an effective public space system that articulates urban growth and population. In addition to his, the first architectural proposal consists in the creation of a public space model (park) that revolves around the vital needs of a specific sector of the city taking concepts of natural habitat, special geometries and applying techniques of human, urban and architectural psychology, this giving shape to a module capable of being transformed according to the different needs that the population may have. This natural space responds to a research analysis model that focuses on improving the relationship between nature, habitat and man.
The second architectural proposal arises from the importance of social activities: physical distance; rituals, dances, music, symbols and sociology. A new social space called "focus" is created, a proposal that was raised taking into account the need to improve and create an adequate public space to promote the culture and history of the city, since currently there is no formal place for all these events. Thus generating an area totally open to the population, where all kinds of cultural activities can be carried out and which becomes a milestone, also functioning as a viewpoint that frames the natural landscape that is still preserved in the city.
