Resumen
This research is part of the Psychology, Family and Networks research group, corresponding to the line of Psychology, Human Systems and Mental Health, in turn attached to the Macroproject Contextual Models of Therapists' Training of the Master's Program in Clinical and Family Psychology of Santo Tomás University. Its purpose is to understand the self-referential process that takes place in the context of live case supervision, as a training strategy for systemically oriented therapists and as a learning facilitator for the construction of the therapeutic style. The method is qualitative in the framework of an epistemology of cybernetics; The participants are the therapists in training IV semester, the procedures will be developed in five narrative / conversational scenarios.
The main contribution is related to the fact that self and heteroreference favor adaptation processes generating an impact on the identity construction of therapists, although the transition of training generates crisis and is dilemmatic for therapists in training, this allows reconfiguring new meanings that They allow them to be flexible and to adapt to changes in the training context, which can be seen in the systemic modeling carried out by supervisors who favor adaptive emergencies.
