Resumen
This research project is aimed at strengthening the pedagogical strategies of teachers in the development of fine motor skills in children as an essential part of their integral training process.
Practical and reflective experiences, are a fundamental part, in the sensitization and renewal of the pedagogical work of the teachers through four stages: diagnosis, sensitization and motivation, renewal of pedagogical strategies and, the final stage, in which the assessment is carried out general contributions and significant data obtained.
The impact of the project on teachers is reflected in the actions and reflections that arose during the development of this work.
Wanting to renew pedagogical strategies with new materials and knowledge, where theory and practice together with creativity and imagination are the protagonists in the development of fine motor skills, was an indication of change and reflection on the work of each teacher .
In the course of this research the objectives set were achieved and in turn the teachers were made aware of the enrichment of the strategies applied in the teaching of fine motor skills through graphic-plastic activities developing skills and abilities in infants.
