Resumen
The objective of this article is to identify the benefits of corporate image in companies and how this can contribute to improve the marketing strategy implemented by the company APPS INGENIERÍA & MARKETING DIGITAL S.A.S.
The research methodology was carried out under the background review of the company and subsequent bibliographic verification, this methodology allowed to know the impact that the corporative image has and to make known the expected results, among those who are detained: increase in the promotion of the MIEDS application and increase in the potential of sales of services of the company.
It was established that the proper management of the corporate image favors the attraction and maintenance of new customers thanks to established strategies around the construction of a good brand concept.
Considering that by increasing the degree of remembrance -Top of mind- and the perception that both old and new users have about the company regarding the service, better signs of acceptance were generated managing to expand the market share of the application.
