Resumen
This is an investigation that was completed in 2021 and is titled: Huerta de Estevia: opportunity to modify eating habits in the I.E.R. school community. Paz y Esperanza (Fortul, Arauca - Colombia), as a partial requirement to qualify for the Bachelor of Biology degree. It is important to note that sugar consumption is vital for the body, but uncontrolled use has serious consequences, therefore the habit was resignified to avoid diseases such as diabetes, overweight and obesity, in the students of I.E.R. peace and hope (Fortul, Arauca - Colombia). Of the authors it can be said that there are three teachers in service: Adriana Carolina Albarracín Contreras, Flor María Molina Maldonado and Nelcy Judith Casadiegos Cáceres. It is arranged in the following sections: Introduction, Statement of the Problem structured in: General objective, Specific objectives and Justification. Then the Reference Framework systematized in: Background in this section the following theme is proposed: Of resignification, of school intervention, of overweight and obesity, of eating habits and lifestyle, of the school garden, then comes the Theoretical Framework , it contains the present agenda: The resignification, sugar, overweight and obesity, the school garden and Stevia. Following the Legal Framework in the same explanatory order, that is why it is the turn of the Methodological Design, it is ordered as follows: Universe and sample, research approach, research method, techniques and instruments for the collection of information and procedures methodological that consisted of the four (04) phases: Diagnosis, planning, implementation, closure. Likewise, it relied on information analysis instruments to obtain results that were approached from phases: Diagnosis, planning, implementation and closure. Along this same descriptive line, the other sections that make up this study are: Discussion, Limitations, Conclusions, Impact, Projection, Recommendations, References and Annexes separated into 125 pages
