Abstract

The need to improve a quality management system in the QHSE SAS organization arises from the search to improve customer satisfaction, the quality of the service provided, as well as the quality of its processes, contributing to the accreditation of high quality of the company, which is pending since in times of pandemic it was not continued and is an important part of its business due to the portfolio it offers and the desire for continuous improvement of the company.
