Efectos de la política de vivienda de interés social en la dinámica del sector de la construcción en Bogotá D.C. 1990 - 2011

Abstract

The present study was undertaken to demonstrate that the national government financial help for the construction field, as measured through subsidies for social housing, foster the construction industry in the city of Bogotá. All this based on the conception of construction as a source of economic growth as outlined in the Lauchlin Currie theory in the 60´s.
