Abstract

This investigation carries out a comparative analysis of the legal requirements of the change of sex in official documents and civil registries of French and Colombian law. The study seeks to determine what elements considered by Colombian laws can be taken into account by French laws, in order that the latter may be more protector of Human Rights in the recognition of sex change in order to contribute to the The French State incorporates international and regional recommendations on the protection of fundamental rights.
