This study makes an analysis of the digital practices of companies related to the international cargo trade in Colombia, with emphasis on Trading Solutions Company SAS and how the implementation of a digital media plan has become over time, a tool of great importance to grow and achieve positioning of the organization in the market. For companies that have their activities with a view to the international field, it is necessary to have a more robust presence when offering their services and products digitally, to achieve a solution to a market need. Undoubtedly, this will be done through an internal analysis of the company and its real and potential competition, the e-commerce strategies that can be implemented in the company, and the study of the historical context of the electronic market of this guild in the country.
