This document presents information about the advances in wearable technology in sports, the word is also translated as "wearable", it refers to the incorporation of microprocessors used daily in what we wear, in this way they are used Small-sized programmed devices that always go with the user, presenting relevant information on biological aspects of the user, can also provide real-time information to whoever carries these devices on a continuous basis. The objective of this document is to know the evolution and the state of the art of this new technology, to apply it in the creation of new advances around wearable technology. For the
present search for information, we want to get to the specific point in the study of three components related to essential measures in sport and physical activity, thus: the measure of strength, flexibility and speed in the athlete. To put into practice the development of the wearable technology system, a work team will be formed that unites three disciplines, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering and Physical Culture and Sports. Through electronic engineering, the test will be carried out on different electronic devices related to wearable, with the knowledge of systems engineering, the development of communication interfaces will begin, and finally with the construction of wearable devices, tests will be carried out with The knowledge of experts in physical culture and sport will thus constitute a work structure that will ultimately allow a successful analysis of results to be generated. The creation of advances in this wide field of work allows and will allow multiple advances in the state of the way in which athletes execute their routines, especially in the recording of averages, sending by wireless means to databases and their subsequent analysis. The concept of "Wearables" is part of the Internet of Things (IoT), since it allows a series of devices that connect to the Internet for specific uses.
