Abstract

The following business practice report, presented as a requirement to obtain the degree of International Business Professional exposes firstly, the reference framework of AXA Colpatria, the company in which the professional practice was developed within the area of the Project Management Office PMO. Subsequently, it presents the central approach of the improvement plan focused on the creation of a project evaluation spreadsheet which will serve as a basis and input for decision making and selection of the best initiatives proposed to be worked on during the new six-monthly stages of the company's Analytical Program. Finally, the functions performed by the intern are presented, such as the creation of internal documentation, BPMN diagramming of the MVP and To Be processes of the projects worked on, among other activities, pointing out their respective achievements and difficulties.
