Resumen
The project presents the development of the practice of flexisecurity, from the perspective of human management in Colombia, which is based in the labor (flexibility numerical, functional and wage flexibility and in social) and labor protection of Danish origin and applied in countries from The European Union, given its innovative and dynamic approach to industrial relations. The study was conducted descriptively through the analysis of the results of two surveys in the services sector; Dane’s first, and the second in Bucaramanga, given that in Colombia, this notion is not yet typified, where it is found that the services sector has made progress in terms of numerical flexibility considering the supply and demand according to the time of year and making the contracts under this standard, different from what it happens in terms of wage and functional flexibility and social protection where this sector should not be yet promoted.
