Resumen
This paper presents the work done as an environmental practitioner in the flour plant of the company Avidesa Mac Pollo S.A, whose purpose was to provide support in the different activities described for compliance with the current environmental regulations. The main objective of the business practice was to carry out the documentation of the EMS Environmental Management System in accordance with NTC ISO 14001:2015; to this end, monitoring was carried out, control, verification and updating of the various environmental programmes and documents of the Plant. On the other hand, it was carried out accompaniment to the activities related to the management of the water resource and of the solid and hazardous waste in the Plant of food and incubator, Finally, it was fulfilled to the proposed objectives in a satisfactory way for the company.
