Resumen
The companies are currently worried about being more sustainable, the present research project presents a proposal of integral management for the systems of Deloitte - Colombia, contributing to the achievement of the organizational sustainability.
The integration of management systems is considered as the best practice when an organization has several management systems inside. In this way, integration can be defined as the elaboration of different specific functions of management systems in a single and more efficient management system.
Karapetrovic and Willborn (1998), establish a management system integration model based on the systemic structure that defines a system as a set of processes and resources designed and implemented to achieve a desired objective, considering that these objectives can not be treated in an isolated and independent way and, therefore, these objectives as the management systems implemented in an organization must be strongly related to each other and evolve at the same time.
The proposal presented is important for the organization since it will allow it to manage its management systems in a systemic and efficient manner, achieving the objectives of sustainability and corporate responsibility, taking into account the strategic direction established by the firm. The methodology used consisted in the bibliographic review on quality management systems and occupational health and safety, integral management and sustainability, then the level of maturity of these management systems of the firm was evaluated and finally the proposal which was valid by three experts of the firm through the Abaco de Regnier method.
