El papel del emprendimiento en el retorno productivo: sistematización de experiencias desde España hacia Colombia

Abstract

This research arises from the Industrial Engineering business practice that took place in AESCO (America Spain Solidarity and Cooperation), in Spain. In the following pages, the aim is to analyze the usefulness of the "Productive Voluntary Return" project proposed by AESCO, framed in the Colombian business situation. At first, the phases of this project will be broken down and it will be conceptualized on the entrepreneurial profile, the entrepreneurship and the voluntary productive return in Colombia. Then, the laws and entities that promote entrepreneurship will be enunciated together with the pertinent data that demonstrate the growth of this factor in the country. Subsequently, the systematization of experiences taking the cases of ten beneficiaries of the program from the second period of 2019 in Madrid and Valencia will be analyzed to evaluate the impact and determine the efficiency of the results obtained. Finally, it is intended to make improvement proposals to improve this initiative and getting a greater reception and better operation.
