Resumen
Educational institutions have been suffering now by several factors that are negatively affecting the relations of coexistence among members of the educational community, especially among students.
Thus, in this investigation developed in the Educational Institution Juana Caporal Township Coper Boyacá, with the ethnographic method with tools such as direct observation, interviews and surveys, it identifies and analyzes the factors the school environment affecting coexistence among students , such as teacher - student interaction , peer relationships , management of classroom discipline and aspects of the physical environment, finding that the relationships between students are more fractured, even to verbal and physical aggression.
In this situation is necessary to implement actions to facilitate the resolution of conflict and strengthen relationships of coexistence. We designed and put consideration a range of educational and recreational strategies such as workshops, dynamic games and cross-cutting activities in different areas of the school curriculum will serve as a tool for teachers to handle these situations and for fostering the culture of Peace and Non-violence in the school environment.
