dc.description.abstractIntroduction: to explore the profile of articles related to the alternatives of endodontic management of teeth with an immature apex with a history of dental trauma in the last ten years through a bibliometric study. Methodology: four researchers read all the articles published from 2008 to 2017, obtained from six databases, taking into account the Spanish, English, Portuguese language, the different articles were classified according to, title of publication, published magazine, language, year, authors, number of authors, among others. Result: 167 articles were obtained, only 57 were taken into account according to exclusion and inclusion criteria, the years with the most publications were 2012 and 2014, on the other hand, the authors with the most publications were Mohamamadi and collaborators and Nagata and collaborators with three publications each. The type of study that most prevailed is case reports or case series with forty articles. On the other hand, the journal with the most publications was Dental Traumatology, the country with the most publications was Brazil with eleven publications, the material most used by the researchers was MTA, followed by Ca (OH) 2 and a combination of these materials. Conclusion: Trends in publications related to the alternatives of endodontic treatment of teeth with immature apices that have presented dentoalveolar trauma orient apexification treatments, indicating MTA, Ca (OH) 2 and a combination of these as the material of choice for these procedures
