Resumen
The following work is focused on the professional practices of Juan Sebastian Martin Sanchez in the company Adecco SA giving a general perspective of the company and a more specific perspective of the BPO area (Business Process Outsourcing), this project seeks to implement an improvement plan within the aforementioned area, the project will be guided by the SWOT which is an appropriate tool for analysis and generate improvements in any type of business.
This project will generate a detailed report of the analysis generated and the development of its improvement plan for the company in the BPO area.
