Resumen
Organizations have been evolving at colossal steps and for this reason every day there is more frequent use of technological tools that can facilitate the implementation of various projects or plans strategically. In the same way, organizations to reinvent themselves consider the past, which from prospective theory gives a total and innovative turn to this thought, where a new way of learning complementary to the previous one is proposed but based on the presence of the construction of scenarios, which bet that they hint at the presence of various possible futures.
It was possible to confirm that, through the formulation of the strategic plan very well built and supported under a comprehensive set of strategic actions that cover each one of the areas of the organization, allow to dynamize and optimize the various processes that are carried out within of the company and considering the influence exerted on them by the various social actors.
It is precious to highlight that there is an enormous transcendence that the theory of foresight reaches day by day and its great reception in various environments, since it becomes eminently necessary to face the challenges and challenges that usually arise in the organizational context, which they force us to go beyond what we have in the present, this in order to perceive, learn and connect with possible future scenarios, and in this way achieve the necessary standards that will adequately face the various problems that will emerge.
In conclusion, the interest of this work lies in the reasonable use of each one of the various resources available to the organization, which allows it to determine the usefulness and limits of each of them, as well as the constant requirements demanded by the organization. modernity and technology with the purpose of facilitating not only its adaptation to the new demands and market conditions, but also the differentiation by obtaining competitive advantages and the creation of value that will allow it to ensure organizational success.
