The systematization project of the practice that I am currently developing, aims to show the process that must be taken into account when making use of digital marketing and likewise, to illustrate the graphic design students of the next generations the importance of it within of a company that wants to progress and grow in the digital world and finally, propose a clear and simple process so that designers who are not related to the subject of digital marketing know how to deal with it and manage it without losing time, money and design, as it is It is essential that the communication of the designer and the client be effective and clear. Now, this document illustrates the work with the company Retrox Enterprises S.A.S., in which knowledge is acquired from the creation of campaigns to the incorporation of applications such as Facebook and Instagram. Where, one of its main clients is Bella Piel a company dedicated to offering dermatological products, and the work of Retrox Enterprises S.A.S. is to provide the most information of the services and products that this brand offers its customers
