Abstract

For the development of the project, a vulnerability analysis was carried out to determine the use of the existing structure as the main axis of the structural design, due to the construction faults found on the site and the lack of information on the foundation. Demolition of the structure is recommended. The community hall was designed with concrete frames complying with the minimum requirements of NSR-10, the hydro-sanitary design was made following the guidelines of NTC 1500. The budget of the project was elaborated taking as reference the designs realized, to generate the total cost of the building.

The construction of the communal hall in the San Cipriano informal settlement is a fundamental part of the process of legalization of the settlement, with urban consolidation being a minimum requirement for this.
