Transitar desde la experiencia de vida transgénero: reflexiones en torno a la reivindicación de las mujeres migrantes transgénero venezolanas

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present a reflection on the factors that impact the migratory process of transgender women from Venezuela, who arrive in Bogotá, Colombia in search of claiming their human rights, with the argument of seeking better opportunities for the construction of a stable life project. In order to account for this, initially the context and conditions in which diverse subjects migrate will be considered from a differential approach on migratory studies, after this the panorama of vulnerabilities will be developed in addition to the stigmatizations that exist about what is being a woman, migrant and transgender person, to end with the reflection on how these conditions drive the construction of community social actions to claim the role and imaginaries of transgender migrant women in the city of Bogotá.
