Estudio Patológico de la Casa de la Paz en el municipio de Facatativá

Abstract

This document presents a pathological study to the so-called "House of Peace", located in the municipality of Facatativá, declared as a property of municipal heritage interest in the Plan of territorial planning of the municipality in 2002. At present, it can be evidenced a considerable deterioration caused by the lack of maintenance and abandonment to which this structure has been exposed with more than 100 years of construction. To take into account, this document shows some historical, structural and architectural aspects that are shown to carry out the corresponding study, where the measures of the house and all its elements are taken; In addition, a clinical history showing the different injuries identified in the house, classified and dated by inspection sheets, an analysis of seismic vulnerability, the performance of laboratory tests and follow-up of some fissures, to obtain the diagnosis that will lead to two intervention proposals that allow to verify which is the best option to intervene, conserve and protect this house and its heritage and historical wealth that it contributes to the municipality of Facatativá; all this according to the NSR-10 Seismic Resistant Standard, and the manual for the rehabilitation of houses built in adobe and tapia tread of the AIS (Colombian Association of Seismic Engineering).
