Resumen
Organizational redesign in state institutions is, necessarily, a process of organizational renovation that complies with such characteristics or conditions as obeying efforts planned by the organizations themselves, having high management being the one in charge of the process, favor the meeting of mission objectives of the entities and finally represent a process of continuous improvement.
Organizational redesign implicitly carries processes of change; these changes are reflected through conducts and behaviors; these behaviors can belong to the organizations themselves, their operative processes and the people that compose them.
Within the main goals that are to be met through a process of organizational development there are defined; increase congruence and alignment between strategy, structure, processes, people and organizational culture; develop new creative solutions for the organization and finally, develop the skillsets that allow the organization to self-renew.
State organizations have the duty to facilitate and provide solutions to the problems that the country presents in its different scope and sector, with the final goal of translating and reflecting good management and resource usage
