Resumen
Through this work it is intended to apply the knowledge acquired at the Santo Tomás University, during the International Business academic program; in the Customer Experience area in Mercado Libre, in order to create strategies, for process optimization, through changes made through the user interface and internal processes; that allow to provide to the selling user in a clear way all the information about the processes of reputation and shipments, that can affect its management within the platform, avoiding with this negative effects such as falls in sales, and reputation thermometer.
