Resumen
The present qualitative research based on a review and analysis of the literature is based on the influence of the Workday (JL) on the Quality of Life (CV) of the worker and the Quality of Work Life (CVL) given the Current need from the management of companies to facilitate the company-worker relationship by humanizing the employment relationship. In light of the findings, the influence of the JL in the CV of the worker and CVL is identified, establishing the effects of the same on aspects such as: productivity, health with physical and psychological repercussions, family dynamics, social and labor difficulties derived of the same; In order to reflect on improvements in work practices (Granados, 2011, Martínez, 2013).
