Resumen
The objective of this study is to design a digital media proposal for the company Abonos AGS, a Colombian organization that produces and develops organic fertilizers, through the development of three objectives. In the first one, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company in social networks, website and digital positioning is made, finding that it has a wide presence in digital
platforms and a good organic positioning. In the second, a comparison is made with its main competitors in the sector by identifying its real competition and then, by means of a Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), key variables were analyzed for the digital positioning of a company, with which its position against other competitors was determined. Finally, an action plan was designed with the main strategies and tactics to improve the positioning and presence of Abonos AGS in the digital environment.
