Introduction: This document considers a series of elements related to corporate identity, the context of the sports training services market, competition and the target market. All of them will be subject to a review of the academic literature for the respective analysis that will identify the possibility of opening a new roller skating club in the city of Bucaramanga. General Objective: To create a business plan to determine the feasibility of creating a sports club for figure skating in the city of Bucaramanga. Specific objectives: To describe the history of skating and along with its different types, categories and subcategories, characterize the target population of the services, conduct a study to determine the financial viability of the project.
