dc.description.abstract | In the growth of the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area is detected redensification process encouraged by the rules of POT with high rates of construction and occupation, which has been producing impacts and gaps in the public space, demand for equipment; with changes from residential to commercial use and others negatively affecting housing.
This phenomenon has been presented in the area of Provence less rapidly than in the central area of the city forms; changes in use , densification and increased farm to farm especially on street road axis heights. 105 and the transverse race 21 and race 22 and increased traffic on these axes characterize the process that is taking place in Provence, so it is worth providing a set of specific actions to establish how, and how to carry axes out a plan to reduce urban problems, taking as reference the use of methodological theory by three authors which can have a comprehensive vision to study and analyze any area of the city. | |
