In search of the title as a specialist in Agricultural Business Management, a business plan is developed in favor of the production, initial transformation and commercialization of fine aroma cocoa.
This work pretends besides applying the managerial and administrative knowledge acquired during the development of the specialization curriculum, to create a business plan based on the agricultural production of fine aroma cocoa, its processing, fermentation and drying, and its commercialization at a national and / or international level.
For the development of this plan, a series of market, technical, administrative and quality studies are carried out, so that the current situation of the product in the market (supply, demand and price) can be visualized, its technical process necessary, the added value of the product, the way to organize the productive enterprise, from the administrative and legal point of view, and finally know some forms of marketing present in the current national and international market, besides giving an evaluation to the viability financial aspect of the project.
