Resumen
Information and communication technologies (TIC) have been breaking with university education with greater success. Their advances have made it necessary to link TIC in education, seeking in a didactic and motivational way the exploration and acquisition of knowledge through a virtual learning platform. Taking into account the benefits of offering the virtual classroom to its users, the research is determined to know by means of a qualitative assessment the user's assessment of the learning platform, implemented at the Santo Tomas University, through a LORI evaluation system (Learning Object Review Instrument).
For the realization of this project, the theoretical underpinnings of the research in which ICTs were discussed, the importance of them in higher education and the support offered by the LORI evaluation method in virtual environments giving the possibility of measuring, report, communicate and monitor the quality of resources in its different stages, allowing us to consolidate the good that is currently being handled and improve what is necessary in digital resources.
