Abstract

In the first issue, based on the interview with the Council member, the importance of these spaces for citizen participation in Bogotá is discussed. In the second issue, the Master in Planning for Development presents the Boyapaz experience that takes place in the west of the department of Boyacá, Colombia, an area with a past of conflict and violence. From a joint work between academia and community, it is about influencing the territorial planning processes promoting a greater participation and incidence of those who reside in this area of ​​the country.
