Resumen
The main objective of this research is to describe the relationship between resilience and the restoration of rights in the face of child labor, for which, It was necessary to investigate theoretically and empirically the impact that resilience has had on children and adolescents in working conditions and the fields of research and intervention that contribute to this in the search for the restoration of rights such as the psychological and legal fields. Likewise, the techniques and methods used to promote resilience in NNA are presented.
The research is supported by the theoretical foundations of García, Domínguez (2013), Cyrulnik (2003), Kotliarenco, Cáceres & Fontecilla (1997), Monrroy, Rozo, Sierra (2006), to define the term resilience and in Vinaccia, Quinceno, San Pedro (2007) to mention the most used resources for the acquisition of resilience, among them, the family environment, educational and social support, It should be noted that a documentary review is carried out based on the observation and study of child resilience in children and adolescents in Colombia, taking into account a framework for the restoration of their rights.
A qualitative study was developed as it preferably uses information presented in a descriptive and non-quantified manner and descriptive in nature as it specifies that the object of study is an analysis supported by an epistemological foundation that is built from the social sciences proposed by Berger and Luckmann (1968) and resilience by Ballesteros & García (2010). It is descriptive in nature because it pursues the search for information on concrete facts that seek to analyze and investigate specific topics related to resilience and its impact on children and adolescents, Finally, it is based on a narrative design and relies on the collection technique of documentary analysis instruments, whose results show the study and approach to resilience in a field of research in the context of rights vulnerability in Colombia related to the accumulated experience of children and adolescents in situations of precariousness and vulnerability.
